Brad Keselowski will drive a Ken Block Tribute livery in NASCAR testing

RFK Racing Monday unveiled a Ken Block tribute livery that the team will use at an upcoming NASCAR test at Phoenix Raceway. Team co-owner Brad Keselowski’s #6 Mustang will sport the scheme harking back to Block’s 2020 World Rallycross Support Series competitors.

The scheme is from a Ford Fiesta EV Block driven in the World RX-supporting Project E-Series in late 2020, but a similar livery can be seen on its second custom Ford Escort RS Cosworth, built in 2019. The scheme, which coincidentally already included stripes similar to NASCAR’s old logo, is currently slated to appear only during testing on Keselowski’s car and follows the team’s new-for-2022 tradition of bringing new custom test liveries to events where teams have attended in the past had driven white or black cars with minimal design.

in one Twitter thread announcing the scheme, RFK Racing uses the livery to raise awareness of Block’s charity, the 43 Institute. The team calls it Block’s “greatest legacy” and says it “creates opportunity for the exceptionally motivated people who may lack the right support system for growth and success.” The team asks fans to consider making a donation to the institute
