Uncertainty about MotoGP Sprint Racing Bonuses
The adding of MotoGP Sprint Race in which MotoGP calendar 2023 has caused a stir in the paddock for paying bonuses to drivers.
“At the moment there is no racing bonus in the contracts and if they don’t give us one, I don’t think we will race,” said Bastianini’s manager Carlo Pernat.
“We have already met with Albert Valera (Alex Espargaro and Jorg Martinmanager) and with Giovanni Balestra (outsider Vinales” Manager). ‘That’s half points, we want half a bonus. With the sponsors, we have already included the premiums for the sprint races in the contract.â€
